THE ROLE

We are looking for a Shop Manager to take charge of daily operations at our diesel repair shop. This position requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to manage both technicians and customers professionally.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and daily shop operations
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Diesel or automotive experience is a plus, but not required for the right leader
Takes pride in their work and holds others to high standards

COMPENSATION

Pay based on experience

$65,000 - $120,000+
